At Luxure Obua, we take pride in the quality, durability, and craftsmanship of our products. Every atomizer is designed to deliver a luxurious experience — and we're committed to ensuring your satisfaction.


Warranty Coverage

We offer a 2-year warranty on all Luxure Obua atomizers, covering any manufacturing defects or functional issues related to:

  • The spray mechanism

  • The refill system

  • The locking or sealing components

If you experience any functional malfunction under normal usage conditions, we will gladly repair or replace your item at no cost within this warranty period.


What the Warranty Does Not Cover

Our warranty does not cover damages resulting from:

  • Dropping or breaking the product through impact or mishandling

  • Overfilling or forcing the refill mechanism

  • Exposure to solvents or chemicals not intended for use with perfumes

  • Using the product in a way that deviates from its intended purpose

  • Cosmetic wear from normal usage (e.g. light scratches, fading)


Return Eligibility

Due to the nature of fragrance-related products and hygiene considerations, we do not accept general returns or exchanges once the product has been opened or used.

We may accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The product is unused, in original packaging

  • The return is requested within 7 days of delivery

  • The reason is due to a manufacturing defect or fulfillment error


How to File a Warranty Claim

To initiate a return or warranty claim:

  2. Our team will assess the case within 48-72 hours

  3. If approved, we’ll arrange a replacement or guide you through next steps
